Refund policy

Due to the nature of refurbished, restored, and pre-owned electronics, all sales are considered final unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description.

If your order arrives damaged or is not functioning as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@steezysgg.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Returns approved by SteezysGG must be shipped back in the same condition in which they were received. Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error.
